Buy international certificate of competence for sailing across the worlds oceans

Buy an International certificate of competence (ICC) to sail or rent pleasure craft internationally without the need of getting another license in the country you want to sail or prove that you have the necessary skills, All countries of the  United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Inland Water Committee (UN ECE IWC) Resolution 40 are obligated to accept the ICC and it is also widely accepted by many other countries so you will have to check if you are visiting a non resolution 40 country to know if they accept the ICC.

Whether or not you are from a country that issues the ICC, we will produce you an ICC when you buy from us, so you don’t need to worry if you are coming from a country that is not a signatory or the resolution 40.

How to get an ICC in resolution 40 countries

ICC documents are only issued by countries who are members of the united nations resolution 40, however if your country is not a member you can get an ICC from a member country given that you are able to prove your skill, with us you do not need to prove or go through any training course to get your ICC from regardless of your country.

There are alternatives available, like the SLC or IPC which you can get.

In many of the resolution 40 countries you can simply apply for your ICC if you have the relevant Skipper license for instance in the UK with the RYA day Skipper you will be able to get your ICC without going through any further assessment, but an assessment will be required if you do not have any prior qualification, this is also true to most countries.
